Energy-Saving Warm Barrel Heating Plate Premium SS304 Electric Kettle Plate

Basic Structure:
It typically consists of a stainless steel disc, a heating wire, and a thermostat. The heating wire is embedded in the stainless steel disc and secured with thermally conductive insulating material. The power cord is connected to the bottom or side of the disc, and the thermostat is mounted near or inside the heating disc.
Operating Principle:
When the electric kettle is connected to a power source, current flows through the heating wire. According to Joule's law, Q = I²Rt, the heating wire generates heat due to its inherent resistance. The stainless steel disc has excellent thermal conductivity, quickly transferring the heat generated by the heating wire to the bottom of the kettle, where it then raises the temperature of the water inside the kettle through heat conduction.
