T250 AC250V 10A Bimetallic Adjustable KST Thermostat for Small Kitchen Appliances

The core working principle is the switching on and off of a circuit driven by the thermal deformation of a bimetallic strip, which is a purely mechanical temperature control system.

It consists of two metal strips with significantly different coefficients of thermal expansion (such as a copper alloy and an iron-nickel alloy) tightly bonded together. When the temperature changes, the different expansion/contraction rates of the two metals cause the bimetallic strip to bend and deform towards the side with the smaller coefficient of thermal expansion.

To put it simply, it achieves automatic temperature control through a purely mechanical reaction of metal thermal bending circuit and cooling flattening straight-through circuit, requiring no additional power supply or electronic components.
