Flange-type Copper Heating Element with Stem Thermostat for Electric Water Heaters is a core component that integrates heating and temperature control functions, and can achieve water temperature control more accurately and safely.
Core structure composition:

1) Flange-type electric heating tube body
It consists of a heating tube (mostly made of stainless steel, corrosion-resistant and highly thermally conductive), a flange (used to fix it in the inner tank of the water heater to ensure sealing), and a terminal (connecting the power supply), which is the core of heat generation.
The heating tube is tightly connected to the inner tank of the water heater through the flange to ensure that heat is efficiently transferred to the water while avoiding water leakage.

2) Temperature control system
- Temperature sensor: usually close to the heating tube or extended into the water, monitors the water temperature in real time, and converts the temperature signal into an electrical signal and transmits it to the controller.
- Thermostat: divided into mechanical temperature control and electronic temperature control.
- Protection device: often integrated with overheating protection (when the water temperature exceeds the safety threshold, such as above 90℃, forced power off), anti-dry burning protection (power off when the water level is detected to be too low), to improve safety.
