Working Principle: 

It operates based on the principle of thermal expansion and contraction of liquids:
- Sensing Bulb and Capillary Tube: The sensing bulb (at the end of the capillary tube) is filled with a volatile liquid or gas and placed at the location where temperature measurement is needed.
- Pressure Transmission: When the temperature rises, the medium inside the sensing bulb expands due to heat, and the pressure is transmitted to the diaphragm or bellows of the thermostat body through the capillary tube.
- Trigger Switch: When the pressure reaches the set value, the diaphragm pushes the mechanical structure, triggering the internal contact switch, thereby cutting off or connecting the circuit.
- Reset Mechanism: When the temperature drops, the medium contracts, the pressure decreases, and the switch automatically or manually resets.
