The design and application scenarios of Burner Coil Heating Element (such as coil type and stainless steel dry-burning heating tubes) used in Lab Equipment / Commercial Catering Equipment such as barbecue grills and electric barbecue trays are closely centered around the three core needs of "efficient heating, uniform temperature control, safety and durability".

1. Coil type electric heating element (spiral design)
- Structural features:
The heating wire is spirally wound (similar to mosquito coils), usually wrapped in a metal sleeve (stainless steel), filled with magnesium oxide powder for insulation, with a thinner tube diameter (φ6-12mm), and the length can be customized according to the size of the baking tray (such as 100-500mm).
- Heating principle:
The spiral structure increases the heating area, and the heat diffuses in a ring shape, and cooperates with the heat conduction plate (aluminum plate/cast iron) at the bottom of the baking tray to achieve 360° uniform heating.

2. Stainless steel dry-burning heating element
- Structural features:
Using 304/316 stainless steel casing, high temperature resistance (dry-burning temperature can reach 500-800℃), smooth surface and corrosion resistance, can be directly exposed to the air for use (no liquid medium required).
- Technical advantages:
Stainless steel material has strong oxidation resistance, suitable for scenes where grease drips during barbecue, avoiding corrosion; dry-burning design eliminates the liquid heat conduction step and heats up faster (15-30% faster than ordinary heating tubes).

3. Korean barbecue stove special electric heating element
- Structural features:
Mostly U-shaped or wavy bending design, fit the arc or groove structure of Korean grill pan, high power density (10-15W/cm²), can quickly heat up to 200-300℃.
- Special design:
Some products are equipped with reflective plates (aluminum foil/stainless steel plates) to concentrate the heat and reflect it upward to simulate the charred effect of charcoal barbecue.
