Product Function: 
The main function of a Die Castings Aluminium Heating Element is to convert electrical energy into thermal energy, heating water and rapidly transforming it into high-temperature, high-pressure steam. The high temperature and pressure of the steam are used to remove dirt, oil stains, bacteria, and other debris from surfaces, achieving both cleaning and disinfection.

Main Structure:
It primarily consists of a heating element, a water inlet pipe, a water and steam chamber, an exhaust pipe, and a heating pipe. The water inlet and exhaust pipes are welded to the upper and lower ends of the water and steam chamber, forming a water channel and exhaust structure. This structure, along with the heating pipe, is die-cast within the heating element.

Working Principle:
Water enters the water channel and exhaust structure through the water inlet pipe, which is die-cast within the heating element. When the heating element is energized, the water within the die-cast water channel and exhaust structure is continuously heated, generating high-temperature, high-pressure steam. This steam is then discharged through the exhaust pipe, which is welded to the water channel and exhaust structure.
