The KSD9700 thermal protector is a commonly used temperature protection device.

Basic Introduction: 
The KSD9700 series products are temperature controllers that use a bimetallic strip as the temperature sensing element. When the appliance is operating normally, the bimetallic strip is in a free state, and the contacts are either closed or open. When the temperature rises to the operating temperature, the bimetallic element generates internal stress due to heat and quickly actuates, opening or closing the contacts to cut off or connect the circuit, thus providing thermal protection. When the temperature drops to the reset temperature, the contacts automatically close or open, restoring normal operation.

Features:
1) High Sensitivity: Employs a disc-shaped, highly sensitive bimetallic element that rapidly senses temperature changes, with a response speed ≤1℃/min.
2) Rapid Action: The bimetallic element reacts quickly to internal stress caused by heat, promptly cutting off or connecting the circuit for protection.
3) Safe and Reliable: Features excellent electrical performance, with a normal electrical strength >800V, insulation resistance >100MΩ, and contact material of AgNi/Cu alloy, boasting a lifespan of over 10,000 cycles.
4) Compact Size: Some models feature an ultra-thin design, with a minimum size of 16×5.2×3mm, facilitating installation in space-constrained equipment.
5) Customizable Parameters: Lead length, current (4A DC to 2A AC), and temperature parameters (30℃-155℃) can be customized according to customer requirements.
