1. Introduction:

      The basic construction of the tubular washing machine heating element consists of a computer-designed helical coil of 80% Nickel 20% Chromium alloy resistance wire fusion welded to the nickel-coated steel terminal cold pins. This assembly is precisely stretched and centered in the element metal sheath, which is then filled with Grade "A" Magnesium Oxide powder (MgO). The filled tube is then compacted by a roll reduction mill into a solid mass, permanently stabilizing the coil in the center of the tube while providing excellent heat transfer and dielectric strength between the coil and the sheath.

5. Technical requirement and factory inspection standards:

1. Leakage current:
the leakage current of the components at the working temperature and after the sealing test of the hydrostatic testing machine should not exceed 0.5mA(other peers should not exceed 0.75mA)
2. Rated power deviation: + 5 % / - 10 %
3. Insulation test: 1000mΩ (other peers usually only have 100mΩ)
4. Breakdown test: 2000V/s(other peers usually only 1300V/s)
5. Life test: batch sampling, heating element normal working life of not less than 3000h at the service frequency provided by the customer.
5. Hydrostatic test: components used for liquid heating and with joints installed below the liquid            surface, if welded with flanges, shall be able to withstand a immersion pressure test of 1.2 MPa        for 5 minutes without leakage after the test; If a fastening device is welded, it shall be able to            withstand a immersion test of 0.3 MPa for 5 min. there shall be no leakage after the test.
