This is an industrial-grade multi-position rotary changeover switch (also called a load changer switch or oven/stove power regulator switch). It belongs to the heavy-duty electromechanical switch category and is mainly used in industrial equipment, commercial kitchen appliances, or high-power household appliances. It switches the connection mode of multiple loads by rotating the operating shaft, achieving power adjustment or function switching.

Working Principle:

I. Rotary Drive:

   Rotating the metal operating shaft drives the internal insulated cam and moving contact bracket to rotate.

II. Contact Switching:

    The cam pushes the moving contact (the gold contact visible in the picture) to engage or disengage with different rows of stationary contacts

    (with screw terminals), thereby changing the circuit connection mode and achieving multi-circuit switching or power adjustment.

III. Position Positioning:

     The internal ratchet or positioning mechanism provides a clear "click" feel for each position, ensuring the switch stays stably at the selected

     position and preventing malfunctions.

IV. High Current Bearing:

      Utilizing heavy-duty contacts and high-temperature resistant insulation materials, it can carry currents of tens of amperes.
