Installation Requirements of the Cartridge Heater
Cartridge heater is a key element in electrothermal equipment, since the effect of the whole electrothermal equipment is reflected in the electric heating element. The arrangement and installation of the electric heating element in the electric heating equipment have a great influence on the temperature uniformity and the service life of the heating element. We also know that the electric heater industry is a turning point in the international industry to a new chapter, which has a significant impact on global industry and life. Thus, it is important to have a good command of the installation knowledge. Here are some installation requirements during the installation, listed as below:
1.Ensure the furnace temperature distribution evenly.
2.The medium temperature furnace heating element support should choose high aluminum products, furnace temperature in 1000 ºC above the high temperature furnace should use more pure aluminum oxide products, low temperature furnace can use general clay products.
3.The radiation shielding between the electric heating pipe and the furnace wall support brick should be minimized as much as possible. The general installation requirement of the cartridge heater should make the heat transfer to the workpiece easily, without overheating parts.
4.For the commonly used installation mode, there are three kinds of installation, wire heating tube corrugated, spiral heating tube corrugated and ribbon heating tube corrugated.
