1. Introduction:

       It adopts the metal tube as the shell (including the stainless steel & copper), places the spiral electric heating alloy wire (like the nickel-chromium and iron-chromium alloy) along the central axis of the tube, and then fill the gaps with magnesia sand of good insulation and thermal conductivity. In addition, sealed the ends with silica gel. This kind of metal heating element can not only heat the air, but also can heat the metal mold and liquids of all kinds. We Thermal International can customized the products as per customers' specific requirements. What's more, nickel plated, polished, green, sandblasted treatment to the surface both are available. 1. Stable electrical property:
Generally speaking, once plugging into the electric power, the carbon fiber quartz electric heating element will not generate any instantaneous power shock, even with the long-term constant start & shutdown work, the power will still be stable within a certain tolerance range. 

2.High thermal efficiency:
It can save 30% more energy than the other metal product when heating. It is quick in the rise of temperature, the carbon fiber heating material. Therefore, it is equipped with the characteristics of rapid heating, low heat lag, uniform heat transfer, and fast heat transfer. Besides, its luminous flux is far less than the other metal heating material when working. The heat transfer efficiency is up to over 95% (i.e., you use a 1000w conventional thermal tube, which requires only 700 w for the carbon electric heating element).
