General Knowledge about the Mica Band Heater
Application: Suitable for heating of injection molding machine barrel and extruder mold.
Structure: The Ni80Cr20 resistance wire is wound on the mica insulating sheet, and the whole heating body is light in weight and small in size. The metal shell is made of stainless steel plate or aluminized steel plate.

Power Connection Mode:
1. Plug type wiring (20A);
2. Junction box wiring (multi-phase fixed connection is possible);
3. Lead-out wiring of high temperature wire (shielded heat-resistant pure nickel wire).
Installation & Cautions for Use:
1. The contact surface of this electric heating element shall be flat and unconcave.
2. The electric heating element should be kept in dry environment as as to avoid affecting its insulation performance in case of any soaking situation.
3. Before the installation, users need to check whether the installation position is in accordance with the specifications of the heating element and whether the voltage is consistent.
4. After the installation, users still need to check the inner hexagon bolt, confirming whether the bolt and bolt of the connecting seat are locked, so as to avoid the thermal expansion and contraction and lead to the loss of the product's life.
5. This product should be used under the specified voltage. Considering the variation of night voltage in some areas, it is recommended to use the voltage stabilizer to avoid affecting the efficiency and the life time of product.
