High Thermal Conductivity 220V 2KW Copper Temperature Controlled Heater with Stem Thermostat
Temperature Adjustable Immersion Copper Heating Element is the core heating element of the electric water heater. It realizes rapid temperature rise and constant temperature control through the high thermal conductivity of the copper tube and the intelligent adjustment of the thermostat. It is suitable for heating scenarios with small volume and soft water environment.

1. Power supply and power
- 220V/1500W: Applicable to domestic standard single-phase circuits, current is about 6.8A (I=P/U=1500/220), ≥1.5mm² copper core wire is required, with 10A circuit breaker.
- Adjustable function: usually refers to the adjustable temperature control range (such as 30-75℃), which is adjusted by built-in bimetallic thermostat or external knob.
- DN32: Nominal diameter 32mm, corresponding to British 1.2 inches (G1 1/4" pipe thread), suitable for standard water heater inner tank interface, raw tape or sealant is required to prevent leakage during installation.
2. Material characteristics
Copper tube: thermal conductivity is as high as 385W/(M K) (stainless steel is about 16W/(M K)), heating speed is 3-5 times faster, suitable for rapid heating needs (such as Mini Kitchen Water Heater).
Advantages: high thermal conductivity, good impact resistance, low processing cost.
