Commercial kitchenware accessories M-shaped Immersion Heating Element is an electric heating element named based on its shape. It is named because its heating tube body is bent in an "M" shape. It mainly uses the heat generated by the current passing through the resistance wire to heat the medium (such as water, oil, etc.), and is a common heating component in commercial kitchenware.
1. Basic structure
Heating body: It is made of resistance wire such as nickel-chromium alloy and placed inside a metal tube (such as stainless steel tube, copper tube).
Insulation filling: Insulating materials such as magnesium oxide powder are filled between the metal tube and the resistance wire to ensure that the current only passes through the resistance wire to generate heat and prevent leakage.
M-type design: The metal tube is bent into an "M" shape to increase the surface area of the heating tube, making the heating range wider and the heat distribution more uniform.
Terminals: The electrodes are led out at both ends and connected to the power supply (220V or 380V).
2. Working principle
After the power is turned on, the current flows through the resistance wire to generate Joule heat, which is conducted to the surrounding medium (such as water) through the metal tube and the insulation material to achieve the heating of the liquid. The M-shaped design can increase the heating length in a limited space and improve the heating efficiency.
