The Electric Steamer Heating Element usually adopts a metal tubular electric heating element (such as a stainless steel electric heating tube). Its working principle is to generate heat by passing current through the resistance wire, and then transfer the heat to the surrounding medium (such as water or air), thereby generating steam to heat the food. The specific process is as follows:
- After power is turned on, the resistance wire in the electric heating tube heats up, and the heat is conducted through the metal tube wall.
- If the electric heating tube is directly immersed in water, it will heat the water to boiling and generate steam; if it is installed at the bottom or side of the rice steamer, it can generate steam by heating the air or the water in the water pan.
