The band heater is made by the high temperature electrothermal alloy wire(used as the heating material) and the soft mica plate(sometimes the ceramic core, as the insulation material), besides, outside covered with thin metal plate(aluminum, stainless steel, etc.). Mainly used in electric kettle and some other electric appliance.
