3. production process: there are more complex techniques being involved during the manufacturing of the cartridge heater. For example, the contracted pipe, it ensures the higher power and longer life time of the cartridge heater.

Therefore, it is equipped with the characteristics of rapid heating, low heat lag, uniform heat transfer, and fast heat transfer. Besides, its luminous flux is far less than the other metal heating material when working. The heat transfer efficiency is up to over 95% (i.e., you use a 1000w conventional thermal tube, which requires only 700 w for the carbon electric heating element).
